When will iSockets be available?
iSockets is ready for mass production and we are currently finalizing distribution channels. If you are a potential distributor, please contact us for more information. We expect to have the product on shelves by middle of 2010.

What certifications will iSockets have?
UL certification in the US and CE certification in Europe and other countries.

Will you manufacture a US, Europe, etc. plug version?
Yes, the iSockets shipped to each region will have the appropriate localized plug types.

Can each of the iSockets outlets be individually monitored and controlled?
iSockets currently controls all outlets simultaneously. The next version of iSockets due at end of 2010 will offer individual outlet monitoring and control.

When should I buy the Internet Kit? How much does it cost?
You can purchase the Internet Kit anytime. The moment it is plugged in, it will search for and connect with all the iSockets in your home or business. The cost is about the same as the iSockets itself.

Do I need to make Internet connection available for each of the iSockets?
No. Each iSockets unit uses our patented communication technology to send/receive information to the Internet Kit directly through the power lines.

What is the Power Management Portal?
When you purchase the Internet Kit, you will gain access to the My iSockets website. The site will automatically locate the Internet Kit and your iSockets network. You can then remotely monitor and turn on/off appliances.

Is iSockets suitable for businesses?
Yes. iSockets is designed to form large networks that can be easily monitored and controlled remotely.

I am a business user. Can I host the Power Management Portal on our Intranet?
Yes, we can provide and help setup the application for a nominal fee. Please contact us for details.
